Returns/Exchange
Orders may be canceled or modified within 72 hours of purchase.
If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us at support@godlynaturesjewelry.com within this 72 hour window with your order number.
After 72 hours, your piece has already entered the production process, where materials are ordered and labor has begun. Because of this, orders can no longer be freely changed or canceled.
Order Changes After 72 Hours
Requests to modify an order after production has started may still be possible depending on the stage of completion. Approved changes will be subject to a modification fee to cover materials, design work, and labor already invested into the original piece.
Order Cancellations After 72 Hours
Cancellation requests submitted after production has begun may be approved on a case by case basis. Approved cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee reflecting the labor, materials, and production costs already incurred.
Please note:
• Custom, or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins
• Fees vary depending on production progress at the time of the request
• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return Policy instead
We always do our best to accommodate requests when possible and appreciate your understanding as each piece is carefully made for you 🤍
Return Policy
At Godly Natures Jewelry, each piece is made to order with care, intention, and craftsmanship. Because our jewelry is created specifically for each client, our return policy is designed to protect both our clients and the time, materials, and labor that go into every piece.
We offer a 7-day return request window from the date your order is delivered for eligible non-customized pieces.
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be:
• Non-customized and non-personalized
• Returned within 7 days of delivery
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Free of damage, alterations, missing components, or significant signs of wear
• Returned with original packaging when possible
Approved returns for sterling silver and vermeil collection pieces are eligible for a refund once the item has been received and inspected.
Approved returns for made-to-order solid gold, platinum, engagement-style rings, ring sets, or fine jewelry pieces valued at $750 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This means 20% will be deducted from the eligible refund amount before the refund is processed.
This fee helps cover production labor, polishing, handling, payment processing fees, material allocation, and the difficulty of reselling high-value made-to-order fine jewelry.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Resized pieces
• Engraved pieces
• Special request items
• Altered or modified designs
• Rush orders
• Upgraded gemstone or special stone requests
• Pieces made with custom measurements or client-approved changes
Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping fees, rush fees, package protection, or return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

No — buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid separately upon delivery if assessed by your local customs office.
We recommend checking with your local customs office or postal service for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Some countries do not calculate or collect duties upfront. In these cases, your package may arrive Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning your local customs authority will contact you if any fees are owed before releasing your package.
Your customs agency or courier will notify you if payment is required. Every country has different thresholds, rules, and rates, so duties can vary based on:
- Your country’s import laws
- The value of your order
- The materials used in your jewelry (precious metals, gemstones, etc.)
If import fees are not paid, your package may be:
- Returned to us
- Held by customs
- Abandoned by the carrier
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and returns due to unpaid duties may incur additional costs.
No. We are legally required to declare the true value and contents of every shipment.
Coupons
Coupon codes may only be used on 925 sterling silver and gold vermeil pieces.
They cannot be used on solid gold, platinum, or custom orders.
Because gold pricing fluctuates regularly, our solid gold and platinum pieces are already priced as fairly as possible, so additional discounts cannot be applied. Solid gold sets already include built in savings, so they are not eligible for extra discount codes.
Custom orders are also not eligible, as they are specially made for one client and cannot be resold.
If a discount code is used on an ineligible item, the order will be canceled and refunded and may be placed again at the correct pricing.

Vermeil (pronounced ver may) is a premium form of gold jewelry created by applying a thick layer of real gold over solid sterling silver.
To qualify as true vermeil, a piece must include:
• A base of 925 sterling silver
• Real gold plating of 14k gold or higher
• A substantial gold thickness for durability
Our vermeil pieces feature 2.5 microns of 14k gold layered over solid 925 sterling silver, offering the rich appearance of solid gold while remaining more accessible in price.
This thicker gold layer provides greater longevity than standard gold plated jewelry when properly cared for.
To maintain your piece’s finish, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals ✨
